How do I send email to an ATRA Technician
The Email-A-Tech feauture is setup to work after you have performed a search in the Tech Center.
(1) Click on the Tech Center link.
(2) Click on the Bulletins link.
(3) Click on Complaint Search.

Select the transmission you are working on. You can also select the complaint and symptom drop down items as well to narrow your search. Then click the search button. The link will now appear at the top of the page. If you don't see the fix for the transmission you are working on, the link will become available for you to send us an email.
How do I search for bulletins on ATRA Online?
The best way to search the documents online are through our Complaint Search link. This will give you the results of all our Bulletins, seminar manuals and rebuild procedures based on the transmission, complaint and symptom you are working on.

Follow the steps below to Search for an ATRA Technical Bulletin.
(1) Click on the Tech Center link.
(2) Click on the Bulletins link.
(3) Click on Complaint Search.
